Terms of use
Version 1.0 · updated October 30, 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Coda Music website and app. Coda Music is a label and platform for virtual artists and original productions. By creating an account, subscribing or using the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
2. What’s free and what’s paid
Anyone can browse the catalog and listen to Coda Radio, no account needed. Listening to songs, albums and playlists on demand requires an account and the paid plan, US$ 5.00 a month. There is no free trial.
3. Your account
You can sign in with an email and password, or with your Google or Microsoft account. Keep your password private: you are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else is using it, let us know through the contact page. You can delete your account at any time under My account.
4. Subscription and billing
The plan costs US$ 5.00 a month and renews every month until you cancel. Each payment produces a receipt, which we email to you and which also appears in your payment history. If a renewal fails, you keep access to songs until the end of the period you already paid for, and then it is blocked. For now, payments are simulated and no real charge is made.
5. Canceling and refunds
You can cancel at any time under My plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for, so you keep listening until then, and you can reactivate before it ends. We don’t prorate or refund the current period. If you think you were charged by mistake, write to us through the contact page and we’ll look into it.
6. Content and copyright
The music, lyrics, images and text belong to Coda Music or its licensors. Some tracks are made with the help of artificial intelligence, and we keep a record of the tool and license behind each one. As a subscriber, you get a personal, limited, non-transferable license to listen to the catalog through the service. If you believe something here infringes your rights, write to us through the contact page and tell us which page it is and which right is affected.
7. Acceptable use
You may not copy, download, record or redistribute the content, use it commercially without permission, get around the plan’s access limits, or use automated tools that overload the service. We may suspend or close accounts used to abuse the service.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted. The catalog changes, and tracks may be removed for rights or editorial reasons. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms takes away the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
9. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
10. Changes, governing law and contact
These terms may change. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date of the latest update at the top. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept it. These terms are governed by Brazilian law. If you have questions, use the contact page.
